I always love shooting something (or someone) a little different. I spend a lot of time photographing brides and grooms–something that I still love–but I’m always happy to take on a new challenge. So, when the gals from the Chicago Q Ensemble reached out to me about shooting some new photos for them, I was thrilled!
In their own words: “Chicago Q Ensemble is a string quartet that plays classical and contemporary music. They’re committed to innovative programming and have collaborated with composers, DJs, poets, actors, and puppeteers around the city. They also run a business, Bel Canto Musicians, providing music for weddings and events!”
In the meantime, take a gander at these sneak peeks. These gals were absolutely wonderful to work with, and I hope to see them at a wedding in the very near future!
We shot in Wicker Park, and they were willing to tough out some more “urban” locations.
Next, we headed over to Big Star.
LOVE these two.
The lovely ladies
And a little mural action.
