Sometimes, all things line up perfectly for a shoot: the location, the lighting, the dress. Today was one of those days! Nancy and John met me at Redfield Estate in Glenview. I’ve never been to this location but I sure hope that I’ll be going back (hint, hint). Seriously, though, this place had endless possibilities.
When Nancy walked up in her red dress and heels, I knew we’d have a good shoot. In a matter of 60 minutes, we walked the grounds of a stone cottage, posed with a tee pee and a wigwam, saw a whole gang of raccoons and got into an old 2-seater carriage. Needless to say, it was worth the drive.
